  1. The collection of any personal information via this website ( is directly related to a function of the Adult Migrant English Program Research Centre (henceforth in this document collectively refered to as "we") and is collected on the basis that it is reasonably necessary in that function.

  2. Personal information that is collected will be minimal and relevant.

  3. Any information gathered through this website will be stored only in the offices of AMEPRC at the Macquaire University campus, North Ryde, Sydney, NSW, Australia

    (c) we believe on reasonable grounds that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to life or health of you or another person.

    (2) If personal information is disclosed in accordance with subsection (1) to a person or body, that agency must not use or disclose the information for a purpose other than the purpose for which the information was given to it.
