Frances has worked at National Centre for English Language Teaching and Research (NCELTR) and the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) Research Centre since 1989, becoming Resources Manager in 1996. She has created a reowned specialist research collection and heads a team of experienced staff who deliver extensive Engish Language Teaching (ELT) information services. She is co-editor of two editions of the Database on English Language Teaching for Adults in Australasia (DELTAA) Thesaurus. Frances has a BA from the University of Sydney and a Diploma of Librarianship from the University of New South Wales. She shares the Resources Manager position with Nanette Reynolds.
