Alex completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at the National Centre for English Language Teaching and Research (NCELTR) in 2004. She has worked in a variety of administrative positions. In 2006, Alex commenced work in the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) Research Centre where her role is to provide high level adminstrative support to the director of the AMEP Research Centre and general support to the AMEP Research Centre program.
